Corporate supporter wins King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation
Corporate supporter Ergochair has been awarded a King’s Award for Enterprise in the category of Innovation – one of only 185 organisations across the UK to receive this prestigious honour in 2026.
Founded in Bristol in 2002, Ergochair spent over two decades designing and manufacturing ergonomic seating that improves the lives of the people who use it.
Ben Caton, managing director of Ergochair, said: “Receiving this prestigious award is a huge milestone for Ergochair. We’re filled with pride that our incredible team have been recognised in such a way. Ergochair and our products exist to give people happier and more fulfilled lives — enabling them to work at their best in whatever they do. We will continue to drive innovation in truly UK-based manufacturing and export across the globe.”
The King’s Awards for Enterprise — now in their 60th year — are the UK’s most prestigious business accolades. Previously known as The Queen’s Awards, they were renamed in 2023 in honour of His Majesty The King’s commitment to celebrating exceptional British businesses. As recipients, Ergochair are proud to carry the King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
