Luxury bed manufacturer Harrison Spinks is to hold a glittering black tie Northern Winter Ball next year in aid of The Furniture Makers’ Company, the City of London livery company and charity for the furnishings industry.

The event is taking place on 7  February 2019 at Hornington Manor, a Grade II listed manor house and luxurious hotel venue that sits in the grounds of Harrison Spinks’ farm, where the company rears and grows the naturally sourced fillings for its beds.

The evening will start at 7.00pm with a drinks reception in the magnificent converted barn, followed by a sumptuous three course dinner.

Guests will then be able to dance the night away with entertainment from a DJ and saxophonist – it’s guaranteed to beat the winter blues!

Jonny Westbrooke, CEO at The Furniture Makers’ Company, said: “The Winter Ball is open to anyone and everyone involved in the furnishing industry. As well as being a fun night where everyone can get dressed up to the nines and raise some money for the industry’s only dedicated charity, it is a great occasion to host a gathering of work colleagues, entertain customers or spend an evening with family and friends. We’d like to say a big thank you to our corporate member Harrison Spinks for hosting the event in such a spectacular venue and we look forward to seeing you there!”

Simon Spinks, managing director at Harrison Spinks, said: “We’re delighted to be hosting the Winter Ball in aid of The Furniture Makers’ Company at Hornington Manor. As well as raising money for a great cause, we’re hoping that the evening will be a great networking opportunity for the industry, customers, clients, and family and friends. We’re looking forward to welcoming everybody.”

An individual ticket for the ball costs £99 (including VAT) with a table 10 costing £950. For more information and to book, please contact Kate Walker: 07724 084972 or email kate@ furnituremakers.org.uk. Guests are also welcome to book accommodation at Hornington Manor.
