Liveryman announced as new owner of IP law firm
Liveryman Kelly Hudson has been announced as the new owner of intellectual property specialist law firm, McDaniels Law.
Kelly, who is a specialist in trade mark law, is now the appointed lead intellectual property specialist at the firm, which works closely with IP lobby group Anti Copying in Design (ACID).

Kelly said: It is a very exciting time for us all here at the firm and we look forward to continuing to serve clients and support the creative community as a whole. We have long worked with ACID and I personally probably most enjoy attending trade fairs along with ACID, meeting members face to face and giving on the spot advice on legal issues to meet commercial aims.
