Key supporters from industry enjoy a great game in the sun

Eight teams thoroughly enjoyed a full 18-hole tournament on our National Golf Day in the beautiful surroundings of Brocket Hall, which was bathed in warm October sunshine throughout the day.

B&Q Homefit fielded two teams, with one each from Crofts & Assinder, Ercol, Foam Comforts, KI, The Furniture Ombudsman and The Furniture Makers’ Company.

• The prize for the best team went to B&Q Homefit
• Best Individual with a handicap of 16 and under was Gary Thomas from the KI team
• Best Individual with a handicap of 17 and over was Dominic Dow from the Crofts & Assinder team
• Best Veteran was Neil Stevenson from The Furniture Makers’ Company team
• Nearest the Pin was Chris Parry, from B&Q Homefit
• Longest Drive went to Charlie Oulton from Foam Comforts
