Honorary liveryman re-elected Alderman for the Broad Street Ward

Honorary liveryman professor Michael Mainelli has been re-elected as Alderman for the Ward of Broad Street.
Michael was re-elected after standing unopposed.
The Broad Street Ward Club is one of 25 wards in the City of London, it is made up of six livery companies, including The Furniture Makers’ Company.
The ward is represented by an Alderman, who is elected very six years.
It is tradition that the Alderman of the Ward is the president of the club. Michael first took up this post in 2013.
Jonathan Hindle, Past Master of The Furniture Makers’ Company, is the current chairman of the club
