A group of members took part in the annual inter livery Ray Jeffs Cup charity golf tournament last week (28 July).

Organised by The Honourable Company of Air Pilots, the golf tournament raises money for the Greater London chapter of the Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Around 18 teams from 15 livery companies participated in the event at Hartley Wintney Golf Club.

Two teams from The Furniture Makers’ Company participated, including Tony Attard, Philip Brown, Alex Crofts, Jonathan Hindle, Graham Marley, Leon Mullett, Neil Stevenson and Iain Whitaker.

Not wishing to be shown up at their own event, the Air Pilots team won the team competition with a combined score of 93.

However, Graham Marley, our Head Custodian and Court Member, got the best individual score of the day with 38.
