FIESTA launches Furniture and Interiors Employer Network Group

The Furniture and Interiors Educations, Skills and Training Alliance (FIESTA) is excited to announce the establishment of the Furniture and Interiors Employer Network Group. This initiative aims to bring together representatives from across the industry to collaborate on addressing the skills needs and shaping the future of the sector.

The Furniture and Interiors Employer Network Group seeks individuals who hold operational responsibility for training, apprenticeships and skills requirements within their businesses. FIESTA is looking for passionate individuals who possess a solid understanding of apprenticeships, as well as training and qualification schemes, and are eager to contribute to finding innovative solutions to industry challenges.

By participating in this network group, members will have the opportunity to share their expertise, insights, and experiences to support the development of national interventions, including apprenticeships and qualifications tailored to the evolving needs of the furniture and interiors industry.

The group will convene virtually twice a year, during the spring and autumn seasons, to discuss and explore a wide range of topics pertinent to the sector. Through these collaborative sessions, members will actively contribute to shaping the future direction of the industry, ensuring a skilled workforce capable of meeting the demands of an ever-changing market.
