Clay shoot raises £1,400 for charity

A clay pigeon shoot organised by Jonny Westbrooke, clerk and chief executive of The Furniture Makers’ Company, has raised £1,410 for the charity.

Around 16 livery members and guests attended the fifth annual event on Saturday 14 July at the Quiddenham estate, Norfolk.

The day saw shooters test their skills against four drives before competing against each other in a shoot off.

The contest was fierce, but Jonny came away with the top gun prize. The day ended with a group dinner.
