Description
One end is angular and upright, the other open and relaxed, ‘Jot’ is inspired by both domestic and workplace furniture and merges the two delightfully. Features a drawer with leather tab pull, and desktop cubbyhole.
About
Born in Larvik, Norway, Alex is both a furniture designer and an academic at his alma mater – Buckinghamshire University. After studying there and at the Royal College of Art, he launched his design practice in 1996 with a coveted grant from the Design Council. Alex’s design ethos is guided by “observation, utility and honest use of materials”.
