Inter Livery Rifle Shooting 2025

Captain of Guns David Woodward is looking for participants for the Inter Livery Rifle Shoot. The popular livery rifle shooting day at the unique Bisley ranges once again – as before, this is a ‘must do’ event whether serious ‘shooter’, or complete newcomer wanting a new experience. The main beneficiary of the day is the RAF Benevolent Fund.

The day will consist of teams of 3 from each participating Company having a jolly good day with many prizes. The two main prizes are the Bakers Cup for the overall winning team, and the Tim Bone Rose Bowl for the highest individual score in the Target Rifle discipline. Both look magnificent gracing a Livery Company Table.

This year we have all the usual disciplines and events, plus a new sniper rifle competition called McQueen where timed shots are fired at targets that show themselves in castle windows.
For casual enjoyment we will have the Bell air rifle targets as last year.

PROGRAMME
8.30-9.00am Arrive Bisley RAF Clubhouse bacon rolls, pastries, fruit juice, coffee etc.
9.30–12.30 Shooting
12.30–1.30 Lunch – 3 courses served in the RAF Clubhouse
1.30–4.30 Shooting
4.30 – 5:00 NRA Museum – Rifle shooting since 1860/ Bell Target
5:00+ Tea, prize giving, open free bar
