With Juno, plastic chair has come of age. Cast in a single form, it has fluid lines and a light profile, in silhouette and weight. It enjoys all the benefits of simplicity and uniformity but with a clever twist. With its singular, simple shape, Juno brings efficiency and customization together in unique combination. Made for both residential and contract use, indoors and out, Juno is a single-shot molded plastic chair available in four forms: solid back and open back, both with and without armrests. All forms are available in six colors: white, black, sand, anthracite, orange, yellow. Seat and back rests can also be customized with sleek upholstered pads. All variations are stackable to allow for large-scale use and storage.
Studio Irvine is a design studio based in Milan and run by the architect Marialaura Rossiello Irvine. Founded in 1988 by British designer James Irvine (1958-2013), the studio remains faithful to his design approach and method in a combination of irony and precision. Based on the idea of design inspired by attention to ethics, the ‘human factor’ and personal interaction.
