I love how Herman Miller engage with their employees by always ensuring: we have a great place to work and our views are valued. The company work closely with various charities and also hold regular fundraising events.

What’s your career goal right now?

I want to gain as much experience as I can in different parts of operations industry and to build a career I can enjoy and thrive in whilst implementing this at Herman Miller.

Which company are you most looking forward to visiting on the YPIE programme?

I’m looking forward to visiting DFS, as they are a very large business and I would love to see how their production techniques compare to that of Herman Miller and other companies. I am also looking forward to learning about areas of the business outside manufacturing.
