Customer engagement to be focus of next Best Practice Day
Creating customer engagement that delivers loyalty and revenue growth is to be the subject of the next Best Practice Day organised by The Furniture Makers’ Company.
The Best Practice Day is a free event open to all corporate members of the Company as well as Manufacturing Guild Mark holders and is designed to facilitate open innovation and shared learning among businesses.
The biannual event is hosted by a corporate member with each workshop focusing on a particular theme that the hosting company excels in.
The next event is being hosted by KBB components manufacturer Blum UK and is taking place at its Milton Keynes head office on 28 November.
Throughout the day, Amanda Hughes, customer experience manager at Blum UK, and Peter Holland of Linear Consulting will reveal why many companies fail to capitalise on the opportunity to develop lifetime clients.
Attendees will find out the challenges and pitfalls to avoid, and the steps needed to take to dramatically transform a customer’s experience.
Peter Holland said: “At the end of this event you will be well informed and in a position to take positive action to design and implement your own customer engagement program for growth. Spaces are limited so be sure to book your place now for this impactful business building event.”
If you’re a corporate member of The Furniture Makers’ Company or a Manufacturing Guild Mark holder, book your free place on the event now by emailing Paddy Rafferty, membership manager: membership@furnituremakers.org.uk
