Corporate Member’s Success

The Furniture Makers’ Company is pleased to congratulate Designer Contracts, one of its founding Corporate Members, on the recognition by the London Stock Exchange as one of “1000 Companies to Inspire Britain”

This accolade recognises the vital role high growth SMEs play in driving economic success in Britain with entreprenurial spirit creating high quality jobs and innovation.

Designer Contracts has rapidly expanded over the last year with a national network of 12 regional offices, a show home design division and a14% increase in turnover.

Designer Contracts M D, Peter Kelsey, Liveryman and Past Master of the Furniture Makers’ Company, stressed the importance he attaches to customer relationships and said “We are delighted with our progress in the past year and to be included in the London Stock Exchange’s report.”
