Saddle up for our London to Bordeaux fundraising bike ride!

Have fun, help your industry charity and get fit for 2016 on a six-day bike ride to the heart of France’s largest wine growing region, tasting the best food and wine along the way!

Senior Warden elect, Ben Burbidge is gearing up for his year as Master by preparing to lead a team bike ride from the heart of London to the French wine capital of Bordeaux to raise vital funds for our charity and start his Master’s Outing with a bang.

“Having participated in similar events, I know it is achievable by anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. It’s great fun and generates tremendous team spirit, leaving you invigorated with a fantastic sense of achievement,” says Ben, centre in photograph.

Covering about 450 miles, the tour runs from Sunday 11 September until Friday 16 September 2016.  It has been designed for a total of 50 riders committed to raising a minimum of £1,000 each in sponsorship for the charity.

Specialist cycling company Saddle Skedaddle, will organise the tour and are renowned for providing high quality accommodation and the very best local food and drink.
